Total Bathroom Remodel

A full gut renovation from builder-grade to polished

This bathroom was functional but dated. Builder-grade fixtures, worn tile flooring, and a tired look throughout. Allforce Services gutted the space down to the studs, rebuilt it with proper waterproofing, and delivered a clean, modern bathroom with a new tile surround, updated vanity, fresh paint, and modern lighting.

Full Gut Job

Stripped to the studs and subfloor for a true start-to-finish rebuild

Waterproofed

Cement board, moisture-resistant drywall, and waterproofing compound for lasting protection

Modern Finish

New tile surround, updated vanity, modern fixtures, and fresh paint throughout

The Challenge

What We Were Working With

The bathroom had all the hallmarks of a builder-grade space that hadn't been touched in years. A basic tub/shower combo with a fabric curtain, a small cherry-toned vanity with a round drop-in sink, worn ceramic tile flooring, and dated fixtures made the room feel tired. The homeowners wanted a fresh, modern bathroom that felt clean and inviting, but with the existing wear and outdated finishes, a surface-level refresh wasn't going to cut it.

The Process

How We Got It Done

Allforce Services started with a full gut. The old tile flooring was torn out down to the subfloor, the vanity and toilet were removed, and the plumbing supply lines were left exposed for reconfiguration. The tub surround walls were stripped all the way to the studs, revealing the framing and allowing for structural and plumbing updates. New cement board and moisture-resistant drywall were installed around the tub area, with waterproofing compound carefully applied to protect against future water damage. The tub was wrapped in protective plastic through the drywall and finishing stages. New tile flooring was laid, a white tile surround was installed around the tub, and the space was painted in a soft gray-green tone. A new elongated toilet, an updated cherry vanity with a granite-look countertop and brushed nickel faucet, a framed mirror, and a two-light vanity fixture completed the rebuild.

The Results

The Finished Product

The finished bathroom is a complete transformation from its builder-grade origins. A clean white tile surround encloses the tub area with a modern shower curtain rod. The new elongated toilet replaces the old round-front model. The updated vanity features a rich cherry finish with a granite-look countertop, brushed nickel faucet, framed mirror, and a two-light vanity fixture above. Fresh paint in a soft gray-green ties the room together. Modern, inviting, and built to last with proper waterproofing behind every wall.
