Accessibility Statement

Last updated: April 1, 2026

Our Commitment

Allforce Services is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities. We believe that every person deserves equal access to information about our services and the ability to contact us for home improvement projects.

Accessibility Standards

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. These guidelines are developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and are widely regarded as the international standard for web accessibility.

What We Do

To make our website as accessible as possible, we have implemented the following measures:

  • Semantic HTML: We use proper heading hierarchy, landmarks, and semantic elements to help screen readers and assistive technologies navigate our content.
  • Alt text for images: All images on our website include descriptive alternative text so that users who cannot see images can understand their content and context.
  • Keyboard navigation: Our website can be navigated using a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse.
  • Color contrast: We maintain sufficient color contrast ratios between text and background colors to ensure readability for users with low vision or color vision deficiencies.
  • Responsive design: Our website adapts to different screen sizes and devices, including mobile phones, tablets, and desktop computers.
  • Form labels: All form fields include associated labels so that assistive technologies can identify the purpose of each input.
  • Language declaration: We declare the language of our pages to help screen readers pronounce content correctly.
  • Focus indicators: Interactive elements display visible focus indicators to help keyboard users identify where they are on the page.

Known Limitations

While we work to ensure accessibility across our entire website, some content may not yet fully meet all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. We are continuously working to identify and resolve accessibility issues. Known areas where we are working to improve include:

  • Some older images may have less descriptive alt text than we would like
  • Third-party embedded content (such as Google Maps) may have accessibility limitations outside our control

Assistive Technology Compatibility

Our website is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers (such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver)
  • Screen magnification software
  • Speech recognition software
  • Keyboard-only navigation
